a. After sales service

1. Goods sold are not refundable, returnable, nor exchangeable.

b. Out of stock items

1. We will inform the customer should there be an event where the items are out of stock after a purchase have been made.
2. Customer can choose either to have (i) a replacement product of the same value, or (ii) a refund in the form of cash amounting to the value of the out of stock item, or (iii) a refund in the form of credits amounting to the value of the out of stock item.

c. Shipping

1. All products will be shipped via courier using Easy Parcel services.
2. For customers who wish to collect their paid purchases at our outlets, arrangement can be made at our sole discretion. Come chat with us via Facebook page.

d. Promotions

1. Voucher codes can be used only once, unless specified.
2. Only 1 voucher code can be used at the time of checking out. Multiple vouchers cannot be used simultaneously during check out. Pick the voucher with the best discount.
3. Validity: Vouchers are valid for 1 month unless specified.
